Phago is a fasting timer for iPhone with educational descriptions of the metabolic phases that occur during a fast. Descriptions reference peer-reviewed research and are intentionally cautious in their language ("research suggests," "may," "is associated with") because individual experience varies.
You acknowledge that fasting carries risks that vary by individual. By using Phago, you accept full responsibility for your own decisions about when, how, and whether to fast. You agree that the Phago developers are not liable for any health outcome — positive or negative — that results from following the app's tracking, descriptions, or notifications.
If you feel unwell at any time during a fast, you should stop fasting and consult a doctor.
The in-app onboarding identifies categories of people who should consult a healthcare professional before fasting:
When you purchase Phago through the App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement applies. Subject to that EULA, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Phago on devices you own or control, signed into your Apple ID.
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's standard refund policy. If Phago doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com within 14 days of purchase. We don't process refunds directly.
Phago is provided "as is." We may release updates that change, add, or remove features. We don't guarantee compatibility with future iOS versions, future Apple Watch hardware, or any specific feature persistence over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Phago developers' total liability for any claim related to your use of Phago is limited to the amount you paid for the app. This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.
If we change these terms materially, we'll update this page and bump the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Phago after the update constitutes acceptance.
